General guidance, not admissions advice

GogoUni provides general guidance to help you understand university entry requirements and plan ahead. It is not admissions advice, and it does not guarantee any outcome. Universities' own published information is always authoritative — always confirm requirements, deadlines, and offers on the university's official website before making any decision. Requirements change every admissions cycle; we do our best to keep our data current (see the “Verified as of” date on every university card) but cannot guarantee it is always up to date.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. If you're under 16, a parent or guardian must confirm your account before it activates.

Free and Premium plans

The free plan includes one university match, a view-only roadmap, and one report parse. Premium is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through your account's billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we never delete your data just because a payment lapsed; your account simply reverts to the free plan.

Uploaded reports

When you upload a school report, we show you exactly what was extracted before anything is saved — you must review and confirm it. We are not responsible for errors in grades you confirm without checking them carefully.

Limitation of liability

GogoUni is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on information in the app, including missed deadlines or inaccurate requirement data. Always verify independently before applying.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Accounts inactive for 24 months may be deleted after a prior email warning. See our privacy policy for details.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GogoUni after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

This is an engineering-baseline draft, not a substitute for formal legal advice — have a solicitor review these terms before launch, particularly the liability and refund provisions.
